Review of Bò Bún “Bouef” / Vietnamese “Beef” Noodle Salad at Tien Hiang by sallyivens
Great veganised version of a classic Vietnamese cold noodle salad dish at a plant-based restaurant. The ‘beef’ was juicy and flavoured with lemongrass. Fried tofu was a nice addition and the veggie spring rolls were tasty. Also came with a chilli sauce to pour over.
