Poke Bowl at Niche the Vegan Eatery — leighlamb29's Review (Sep 7, 2020)

I traded the Japanese rice for brown rice. Tossed with a sesame and soy dressing, topped with its sugar snap peas, cucumber pearls, pickled ginger, crispy tofu, avocado, Chinese cabbage and pickled red onion. Delicious and fresh!
