I had been looking forward to trying this for a long time, and it didn’t disappoint! 🍳 The egg yolks were big and round and jiggly, and they POPPED and spilled out the runny yolk which was cool. They had a nice eggy flavour without being too salty, and they was enough egg yolk and mashed avo to be a good ratio for the thick sourdough. It’s en expensive brunch (around £8.50) but worth it IMO

katelouisepowell @heatherlouise I’m not entirely sure... I think the white was made of a thin slice of tofu, but the yolk is a mystery! It tasted eggy so probably was seasoned with kala namak, but the texture was incredible (it popped like a poached egg yolk!) 💛1 likeReply
