Review of Vegetarian Platter at Blu Kouzina by angiecwakefield
Loved this - there was a great array of vegetables grilled with olive oil with 2 great dips. A pumpkin dip as well as a heirloom tomato dip that are very very flavorful. Vegetables include an assortment of corn, asparagus, bell peppers, artichoke, broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts and potatoes. Great to share though we also ordered hummus and I would eat the vegetables with a mix of these three dips.
