Summer bowl at Ned Devine'sxpadrile's Review (Sep 4, 2020)

I was surprised to have such a delicious vegan dish at an Irish pub type of restaurant.
However, they are known forr award winning food, so it only makes sense they put the same kind of attention into the (very few) vegan dishes on their menu.
This summer recipe is refreshing, textured and intriguing. Some of the ingredients are arugula, spinach, quinoa, roasted sweet potatoes, sunflower seeds, marinated chickpeas and a citrus dressing. Yuuuuummm!
