Dark chocolate & peanut butter crunch with strawberry ice cream in the middle. Reminds me of the ice-cream with bread/wafer -- a non-vegan local street food in Singapore. The dark chocolate is rich and sweet, while the sweetness of the strawberry ice cream is just right. Interesting dessert to go for after a light dinner.
