Review of Chickun, fried cauliflower, mac and cheese, yams at House of Vegans by mikerutt

The fried chickun was seitan wrapped on a stick to resemble a drumstick. Very good. The coating was reminiscent of fried chicken. The fried cauliflower was also very good. My only recommendation would be to have a dipping sauce for them.
The mac and cheese was excellant. First mouthful was like mom's.
The yams were far too sweet for me. But if you like them sweet, you found the place.
Service was great. All food served cafeteria style. Order what you want and they serve it from trays of the food all ready prepared.
Sundays, they serve slap burgers... their take on vegan burgers.
