The biltong looks good and the texture is great. Chewy and salty with that distint coriander seed taste from biltong. Unfortunately the mushroom taste is very clear as well and ruins the taste.

It is also quite expensive for the amount you get. Not worth it.

I wouldn’t buy these again.
