As with nearly every coleslaw I’ve had in England, this has far too much mayo. I’m not a mayo fan anyway, but the slaw is drowning in white sludge. I add a can of mashed chickpeas and smoked paprika to this slaw to make it salvageable. I need to make my own as I’m pretty sure overdoing it on mayo is the only store option!
