Rice at Choo Zai Zhai Vegetarian 自在齋素食 — Anne's Review (Aug 29, 2020)

The humble rice can be a feature by itself if well done. The rice here has been ok, not great. The grains are a bit rougher and sometimes not fluffy. Most chinese or asian dishes are meant to accompany rice. A great dish makes you want to eat more rice. I wanted to order more rice but this rice was just not fluffy enough.
