Review of Avocado Toast with Fried ‘Eggs’ at Beetroot Sauvage by grachel
So sublime. Eggiest egg ive had in years. I’ve had a few vegan “eggs” and i’ve never rated any of them but these were actually very close to real eggs. The rest of the dish was delicious too 🍳
