Sweet potato and chickpea burger charged with activated charcoal, carrot hummus, chipotle vegan mayonnaise, raw slaw, sliced tomato and mixed greens. I had mine with sweet potato wedges but you can also have regular wedges or a small salad. I really love that the chipotle mayo dip came in plant-based packaging!
