Hot Pot at Fresh Mint — Serena Raquel's Review (Aug 25, 2020)

My favorite dish at Fresh Mint aside from the pho, is the hot pot! You choose between brown or white rice, and then they serve it very hot with a bunch of veggies, tofu, vegan beef, and vegan chicken. So flavorful and delicious! It is on the right in this picture. My boyfriend’s favorite is the Rainbow Wonder to the left of the hot pot. Some imperial rolls are pictured above, with a kiwi and a mango smoothie underneath, then pho at the very bottom of the picture. I don’t think there’s anything we could order at this place that Isnt delicious. It’s all vegan too!💚
