Seitan Gyro at Birdsall House — billny914's Review (Aug 23, 2020)

The seitan is a little softer than I prefer, but hits all the flavor profile. Hummus is delicious as base spread. I wish it was filled a little more with either greens or seitan. I got a side salad and used some of it in the gyro. Hand cut fries always a win. Not the healthiest, but a nice treat. I also wish it was wrapped in paper than aluminum foil.
