Yay found Petai Beans in this dish! Love this Sambal Queen dish. Great bite texture with so many vegetables.
It has lady's fingers, long beans, egg plants (aubergine), curry leaves, red chillie strips & petai beans. No mock meat. So super yummy, just slightly spicy and gravy-licious!
