The taste is disgusting and the price is pointless. The non vegan cake mixes are actually cheaper then this!
You can just taste sugar, which was not a surprise once I read the back of the packet; 47% sugar! I made these into vegan cupcakes as the packet suggested, you can make a big cake with these.
Tasted like ginger but way too sweet and couldn’t tell if there was flour in it at all. I’ve made things that taste nicer from online recipes.
Won’t be getting one of these again.
