Briochina Vegana (Vegan Croissant)

Tigros di Vigevano

One of the rare occasions to enjoy a vegan croissant in Vigevano. The croissant is quite tasty. Usually it has a strawberry/red fruit filling. 
It will be great if these croissants were kept less in the oven. Tigros also runs out on these vegan croissants very fast in the morning. Hope their vegan offer will increase soon.
