Truffle Mushroom Bao at Greendot @ Star Vista — A's Review (Aug 18, 2020)

Greendot has released three new baos recently and only the truffle mushroom Bao is vegan. This Bao is not exactly cheap due to the incorporation of truffle oil. The taste and fragrance of truffle oil is definitely there. The dough is pretty fluffy as well but I feel that they could do a little better on the filling to skin ratio (hoping for more fillings). Still, it makes a light snack since it's so gentle on the stomach.
