Modern Times Beer

This consisted of crispy Brussels sprouts tossed with preserved lemon vinaigrette, pickled golden raisins, za'atar, harissa aioli, and cilantro. It was wonderful, a great example of how tasty Brussels sprouts can be when properly prepared.
