Raspberry-banana-cream cake at Engelmühle Nordstrands Gourmet-Café Meisterbäckerei & Meisterkonditorei — Felice's Review (Aug 17, 2020)

I was not expecting to have a vegan choice whatsoever when entering this oldfashioned, german island. So in positive shock I ate this beautiful looking, 100% plantbased cake. It's not labelled as vegan, you have to ask for vegan options and they'll tell you. It's quite clever, because I saw multible people ordering this cake on accident. The cake tastes fresh and fruity which is great on a hot day. I'm not a huge fan of the jelly-like topping but it's a typical cake-feature in this area. The first layer was a little dry, but all in all 👌
