Butternut Bash at Tru Pizza — simonel's Review (Aug 15, 2020)

Sorry about the terrible blurry photo - only realised after it was wolfed down! A new pizza place in our local centre who is willing to add vegan options to their menu! These guys especially sourced vegan cheese and are so open to suggestions 💟
Wood fired pizza with a lovely tomato base and topped with caramelized onion, butternut and Le Coquin vegan mozzarella. I think I'd prefer the cheese to be grated like a regular pizza instead of cubed.
I topped it with avo and fresh coriander - delicious 👌🏼
