Review of Braised Organic Kale Broth served in Bamboo Cup at LingZhi Vegetarian - Liat Towers by simhazel

Kale broth with strand of black wood ear fungus and beancurd skin. The aftertaste did feel a bit dry but I might be a bit too sensitive to salt.
