Review of Kenko Vegan Mazesoba at Menya Kokoro Mazesoba Ramen Plaza Singapura by qianyu

Really missed having mazesoba so was really happy to discover this vegan version! The vegetables were really fresh and the serving size was generous! The special soy meat sauce (?) was nice, but a bit too salty for my taste. The kelp vinegar on the side definitely helped to cut through that.
