Review of Plant Kitchen Lasagne - Plant Kitchen (M&S) by mollierosepowell

this is really really tasty! i was worried i wouldn’t enjoy it because i’m still quite funny about vegan cheeses & i thought the béchamel sauce might be too rich/sickly for me, but it wasn’t! it was lovely and savoury, the soya pieces were quite chewy which was a nice contrast to everything else, and the portion size was good! (i ate this with some broccoli and felt pleasantly full afterwards)
