Review of Tempeh rainbow wrap at Plant Café & Kitchen by lordsnooks

To be honest, I wasn’t expecting this wrap to taste so good. The creamy dressing really packs a flavour punch and makes this whole wrap work. Would have liked a bit more meticulous wrapping of the tortilla though. The ends were just left open so it all spilled out the end when you took a bite and the whole thing was barely folded over itself it was enough to make a Mexican abuela cry. It was more of a ‘pinned fold-over’ than a ‘wrap’. 5-year old classmate birthday gift wrapping aside, the textures and taste of the tempeh, carrot, sprouts and cabbage were great. Comes with crunchy crisps and side salad in more great dressing.
