Flour tortilla stuffed with curried rice, organic spinach and/or salad greens, chipotle black beans, herb roasted tomato, onion, garlic, zucchini, potato, carrots and cashew crema. Added guacamole.
It's about the size of a burrito you get from Chipotle.
This burrito is made using local organic ingredients.
