Review of Impossible™ Mini Burgers at Privé Wheelock by minli

So delicious! The caramelised onions complement the Impossible meat patty very well. It looks and tastes "meaty". The vegan cheese sauce didn't taste like anything to me, but the mayo was nice. (I can't tell if the mayo is vegan, but the menu labels the whole dish as vegan.) I like that these impossible mini burgers are slightly cheaper than their meat counterparts.
