In order to make this vegan you chose the veg and tofu filling option and either the Yaki sobs or udon noodles, I’m more of a yaki soba noodle type of gal so I went with the former! When this dish came I was mega impressed, so colourful and filled with loads of class crunchy veggies and generous helpings of nice and crispy firm tofu! The noodles had a lovely bite to them too. The only thing I would say is that it was extremely saucy, the sauce was a kind of sweet and spicy chilli sauce and it did get quite sickly with the portion being so huge! There was nothing at all wrong with this, but I probably would opt for something else next time just because it’s a bit too much of the same thing.. which is my fault as they do offer a vegan bento box haha! We got sushi and gyozas too though which were unreal so my overall experience is positive :-)
