Shredded Coconut by Bob's Red Mill — Clarenda's Review (Jul 26, 2020)

First time trying this and it was a good purchase! Used this for the coconut tofu tacos. Great taste and texture. I like that the pieces are small. I’ll definitely keep buying this since we like added coconut to oatmeal and overnight oats and now tofu!
