Just one of EVE's many absolutely incredible flatbreads served on their gluten-free cauliflower crust. This one is fresh and tangy and the arugula provides a nice peppery bite. Light but so very satisfying. You literally can't go wrong with any of them. Hey, try them all, the leftovers make the best breakfast the next day.
