Review of Banana Nut Crunch - Great Grains by amazinganne

Bought this because I grew up eating it for breakfast before school. Now that I eat it again, it brings back fond memories. But I read the labels now. I find it strange "Naturally flavored with natural flavours". Either it is natural or flavoured, why is it written like this? Then I look at the ingredients & it says "Natural Flavor". Hmm...what is that hiding. Plus I see a tonne load of sugar - Cane sugar, rice syrup, molasses. I think I need to rethink cereals.
