Incredible taste and texture. Excellent chicken substitute for any dish. Stir fried, curries, etc. Really enjoyed this. Takes on the flavour of the fish nicely. Doesn't smell great when you first open the pack, but the smell evaporates. Cooks fast and easy. Very versatile chunks. Gluten free. Can't fault it!
