Review of brown mushroom potato with salad at Escarola by veganexpression

I especially like the broad bean soup. We bought the last one. LUCKY! Also recommend the brown mushroom potato with salad, the fried brown mushrooms are particularly juicy. It doesn't look like a regular salad, because it is mainly brown mushrooms and potatoes. The proportion of green leafy vegetables is not much. A few slices of avocado are added, which is very suitable for me who is not a salad person!

特別喜歡蠶豆湯，剩最後一份被我們買了，幸好！另外推薦大啡菇薯仔配沙律，煎過的大啡菇，特別香，又多汁。雖說是沙律，但主要是大啡菇和薯仔，綠葉菜的比例不多，還加了幾片牛油果，很適合不好沙律的我啊！
