One of the many things that are already made vegan at Rachos Cocina - no customizing necessary. Just order the V132 vegan. This is their vegan alternative to their fish tacos. Just like a classic fish taco you'd get by the beach. Nice size portion and the vegan friendly beans and rice that come with it are fantastic!
