Review of Vegan combo at Flavors of East Africa by vfree

A-MA-ZING! Absolutely delicious. We had 2 Vegan combos. One with coconut rice, lentils and eggplant. The other the saffron rice, collard greens and the beans. We also had a couple sambusas and the jalapeño mint sauce is awesome. We shared everything and both kept saying how delicious everything was over and over. We’ve enjoyed their food many times at the Ocean Beach Street Fair but with COVID-19 we weren’t sure if it was going and wouldn’t risk attending even if it was. We were able to sit outside the restaurant. The young lady that took our order was kind, pleasant and helpful. We can’t wait to go back!
