This dish is truly delicious. As the director of Empress, I was truly happy the chef agreed to try making a vegan version of the char siew puff and after many many trials, we finally got it right! Tastes like the real thing, perhaps even better. Limited servings daily. I wouldn’t be recommending this if I didn’t think it’s super.
