Vegan General Tso’s Chkn at Hunan West — Veronica Nicole's Review (Jul 13, 2020)

The sauce was excellent. The “Chkn” had a meaty texture and mushroom-like flavor. Overall it was a great dish and I am excited to see such great options at a small local Chinese restaurant. If you visit to try other veg items listed on the menu I would recommend double checking that they are also vegan rather than just vegetarian!
