It’s not everyday I get to have yummy tofu scrumble on a crispy base of #vegan croissant ☺️ Tofu scramble was seasoned perfectly! We loved this so much that this dish was gone pretty quickly 😛 Only negative side is that the portions could be larger (or am I too greedy 👀)
