Vegan Miso Ramen at RaRa — pax's Review (Jul 10, 2020)

The broth is hearty and rich, reminiscent of tonkotsu style ramen. Serving size is generous, and unless you're sharing, I wouldn't recommend ordering extra noodles.
Do expect long wait times, even in the middle of winter. This is a popular spot for both vegans and non-vegans alike!
