Review of Stewed Rice Vermicelli at LingZhi Vegetarian - Velocity@Novena by amazinganne

The dish name sounds so simple. But it is so full of flavor! The rice vermicelli is stewed with celery & pickled lettuce. It is moist without being over soaked, just the right texture without being too soft and had a perfect bite. The condiments of sprout & tiny fried bean curd adds a great combination of texture that just sends me piling more & more on my bowl. This is one dish I can have all by myself!!
