Review of Vegicheez Amaranto tipo Chihuahua - Heartbest by emconroy

This vegicheez was pretty good cold, in the jalapeño mac and cheez I made it was delicious. It melted into a creamy sauce and mixed with the pasta very well. I thought it tasted very similar to dairy based chihuahua cheese. Can’t wait to try the manchego!
