M&S offering a decent range of plant-based now - really pleased to see this! This dish has a great tasting Teriyaki sauce and I liked the edamames which enhanced the texture. Mushroom fans will enjoy the flavours they add, which I didn’t enjoy too much, but that’s just my preference!
