Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos

A great classic taco! The cauliflower were slightly crunchy but tender on the inside. I liked that they put the blue cheese dressing on the bottom since it wasn’t as messy to eat. These were SPICY! 💲9.50 for dinner ($3.75 for 1 for happy hour)
