Healthy, satiating and vegan. A lovely place in the center of Turin where everyone can enjoy a vegan aperitif that requires to be photographed and posted on your #instagram. The traditional #cocktails are reinterpreted in original ways (who thought to add ginger to the traditional aperol spritz recipe was pure genius) and the food is amazing: pasta with eggplant tomato sauce, veggie burgers, focaccia, crudités, toasted bread with vegan spreads... all for only 15€
