Review of Mugi Latte with RiceCream at Mong Cha Cha Cafe 梦茶茶 by yamspotatoes
The rice cream was so smooth it tasted like regular dairy whipped cream! With the sprinkles of cocoa powder, this drink was a pleasure to experience, as were the mini taro balls.
