These are puffed water Lily seeds or foxnuts. Really crispy crunchy texture sort of like between a Cheeto and cheesepuff textures. The flavor is pretty mild, a little bit sweet with salt. I would buy these again and I want to try the other flavours. I bought this through Well.ca and it's a Canadian product.
