You can either try the snooty “civilised” way in trying to tackle this with a knife and fork with forced grace, or accept your fate and grab this beast with your bare hands and wrestle it into your mouth. Either way, it’s gonna get everywhere. But it’s so delicious you won’t even mind. Comes with a creamy little side salad if you weren’t appetised enough.
