Review of Buldak Fire Chicken at Ichiza Kitchen (Temporarily Closed) by pdxveg
This consisted of house-made vegan chicken chunks stewed in spicy sweet gochujang red chili sauce with ginger and garlic served over rice. Garnished with pickled carrot and daikon slaw, sesame seeds, green onions. Wow! That vegan chicken was so convincingly like the bird-derived version and was really flavorful!
