Red Bean Jelly Cake (chestnut)

It’s a speciality, tasty red bean jelly cake “羊羹”. Name is confusing because it doesn’t have “lamb” in it, it’s by default vegan. Adorable chestnut favour. A bit too sweet, perfect for teatime!
