Miso  Ramen

Ramen Zundo

Yum.  So satisfying. This was from the Chatswood branch of Ramen Zundo. They had a choice of 4 vegan ramen to choose from and they all looked good. This one contained tofu, greens,  bamboo,  nori and sprouts,  in  a flavoursome miso broth.
